I live in the Mojave Desert, on several acres of arid, hard-pan desert ground. Because I have a desert tortoise sanctuary, I needed to build fencing on a portion of my property to create a protected preserve area for these amazing creatures to live in.

If you’ve ever tried to pound a post into the parched desert ground in the Mojave Desert, you will understand exactly how exhausting this process can be. I was, literally, wiped out before the first day was even over.

To make matters worse, one of my favorite activities is riding a dirt bike in the desert. I lose myself in the beauty that surrounds me in those moments. It’s my escape. Unfortunately, during one of my epic rides I took a bad spill and broke my back and injured one of my shoulders. About the same time, I had just acquired another large acreage property that I needed to parcel out and fence. A short time later, after I had a chance to heal, I started pounding ground, but just couldn’t do it.

I knew that there was just no way I could do those posts… there were hundreds that I needed to put in the ground. I thought, “there has to be a better way.”

So, I went to my workshop and created the first T-Post Hole Driver unit. I slipped it over a t-post, pulled out my jackhammer, and the damn thing worked. In fact, it worked great! This was the start of the process that will make your life easier, simpler, and allow you more time to do those things that you really want to do!

Once I fully developed the system, I applied for and received a patent, and made it available to anyone who wants to do the hard work, the easy way.
